We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team for our door-to-door sales initiatives. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing the Sales Associates in your assigned territory, ensuring performance goals are met and driving business growth through direct sales efforts.

The Role

Lead and manage the Sales Associates in the assigned territoryAssist Sales Associates with door-to-door prospecting in the fieldIndependently conduct door-to-door prospecting when a Sales Associate is unavailableRecruit, interview and hire Sales Associates for existing and new clientsParticipate in corrective action situationsConduct field evaluations for Sales AssociatesConduct Sales Associate 1:1’sOrganize, lead and attend various daily/weekly team meetingsTravel to various locations +/- 75% annuallyDevelop team competency to include initial and on-going sales trainingManage team KPI’s and general overall performanceMaintain daily communication with all assigned Sales AssociatesCoordinate work schedules and daily work hoursVarious administrative duties as neededAttend meetings as neededResponsible for overall development of each Sales AssociateMaintain a high degree of individual and team accountabilityAssist Sales department leadership with various assignments as needed Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a field sales environmentExperience in door-to-door sales a plusStrong leadership, coaching and team-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and travel extensively (up to 75% annually)Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targetsProficient in computer skills and using Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to self-motivate and adapt to change quicklyAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersAbility to give feedback; positive and negative when neededValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
