The Role
Audatex AutoOnline, a Solera company, is an industry leading supplier of software to the automotive industry. In this function your tasks consist of pressing ahead with the sales and distribution strategy of Audatex AUTOonline and the associated portfolio of innovative, digital products with decision-makers and contacts of the motor vehicle experts industry.
In order to be successful in this function you will supervise our regular customers and at the same time acquire new business customers from the segment of the free experts in the region of the Bavarian forest and the surrounding area. You will organise your daily schedule at your own responsibility and always keep an eye on your personal revenue targets in order to support the company with the achievement of its strategical goals. You will build up good industry know-how, in order to thus be one step ahead of our accompanying market players.
You will enjoy the work in a harmonious team environment, which together caters for the consistently changing needs of our customers and fulfils these to the best possible extent.

Success Criteria
Support of our existing customers
Set-up of a reliable and trustworthy commitment to our regular customers from your sales and distribution territory.
Support of your customers with sales-related questions regarding all services of Audatex AUTOonline and support with queries of the customer to other specialist departments.
Regular personal visits to your customers on site in connection with an independent and efficient visit planning and subsequent documentation in our CRM.
New customer acquisition
Development of own sales strategies and recognition of potential new customers including possible cross-selling possibilities.
Planning and participation in events such as specialist industry conferences and the visit to training centres for the motor vehicle expert in order to present our portfolio and to acquire new customers.
Active market observation and regular drawing up of analyses of competition in order to be better able to assess the market situation and thus to present a customized Audatex solution to the customer.
Improvement in customer satisfaction
Close cooperation with the specialist departments and knowledge of their scope of tasks in order to immediately address the concerns of the customers to the right department.
Ensure reliable availability for your customers and give reliable information in reply in the form of callbacks or written correspondence.
Detailed documentation of your customer contacts in our CRM and regular notifications and reporting to your superior.
What You’ll Bring
Professional qualifications
Several years of experience in a field sales force, ideally in the automotive industry, with negotiation skills and already achieved sales successes.
Initial experience with similar online platforms and high level of software-affinity.
Industry knowledge in the automotive or damage industry.
Initial experience with Salesforce as well as the Microsoft Office applications are desirable.
Fluent German (mother tongue desired) and good English.
Personal characteristics
You have a talent at organisation and are distinguished by excellent multitasking abilities.
You have communication and team skills, can work efficiently both in a self-organised manner as well as in a team.
You are innovative and capable of coping with stress in order to re-define own limits.
Regular business trips are no problem for you.
You have a high level of willingness to learn and are motivated to train in complex topics in partly independent manner.
You have a driving licence of Class B.
You can express objective criticism always work solution-oriented.
