The Field Sales Operational Specialist is responsible for proactively providing assistance to the field sales team with daily functions or processes that are necessary for business execution. A Field Sales Operational Specialist is highly responsive and ensures critical business activities are completed for a best-in-class customer experience. This role will collaborate with our outside sales and across other internal teams to achieve the goals of the sales organization.

Highlights of your role Establish and document standard working procedures in the start up of this role and the start up of the Sales Operations DepartmentTracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Implements procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency. Prequalify trade targets that align with the Marvin collections. Work with field Territory Manager to schedule in-person visit.Resolves minor errors and handles exceptions of limited risk or complexity.Research new Architectural firms and contacts utilizing lead resource software to direct leads to the appropriate sales team member. Research project leads provided by the sales team, identify key stakeholders and cross reference with open opportunities.Prepare and generate reports used by sales team for quarterly & annual reviews, product updates, Growth Development Plan (GDP), and business planning. Proficiency with the quotes analysis tool is required.Support field sales team with administrative duties, coordinating meetings, research and reserve venues for trainings, and off-site team meetings.Provide support with Salesforce account and contact management, including creation of new channel partners, regional initiatives, and changes to roles and responsibilities.Assist with Salesforce entries for AIA Continuing Education credits and AIA event/lunch participants.Schedule appointments for AIA events, box lunches, and Destination Marvin.Support the preparation of commercial product submittals such as test reports, product data, andResearch basic questions that do not merit a full OMS assistance request with customer Maintain product/project photo library. Collaborate with TM to document dealer display inventory within Salesforce.Maintain a go-to list of internal Marvin resources and contacts.Exemplify the Marvin values. Compensation $55,346 - $73,795 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A high school diploma is A bachelor’s degree is preferred. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines, including intentional and thoughtful time management of own tasks using business acumen to drive prioritization.Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to learn to read and interpret construction documents and Capable of working cross-functionally with multiple business units to complete projects or sales processes.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/365, business intelligence tools (QlikView), and basic navigation of OMS We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
