Field Sales Representative Details:

Direct Hire position$52,000.00 /annuallySalariedVisit established customers regularly to maintain relationships and drive sales. Identify and acquire new customers in grocery chains, local food marts, convenience stores, and independent retailers. Promote and sell high-demand grocery products, making it easier to close new accounts. Work remotely and travel throughout the assigned territory.Utilize provided training and support to become familiar with daily sales tasks and product offerings.Monitor sales performance, track orders, and report progress to management.Independently manage sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.Educate customers on product benefits, promotions, and pricing strategies.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Field Sales Representative Qualifications:

Experience in field sales, retail sales, or grocery/food distribution is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory. - Reliable transportation is required.
