Field Sales Representative -Connecticut, MA
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the sales of Rainin’s unique liquid handling solutions to customers in pharmaceutical, biotech, academic and other fields of Life Sciences. The Field Sales Representative maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth and supports customer applications. Utilizing a value-selling approach, the field sales representative will establish relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders including end-users, procurement managers, and scientific operations leaders to drive Rainin solutions. 
Some of the responsibilities of this role include: Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow salesAchieve all sales targets by growing business within defined account baseMaintain active customer engagement through daily field visits to client sites to conduct product demonstrations, seminars, training, business reviews and moreFollow established CRM guidelines for Lead-Activity-Opportunity-Order process to drive effective pipeline managementMaintain integrity of pipeline over time but updating relevant information on an ongoing basisWhat You Need to Succeed
