Field Sales Representative - Transport & Logistics

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesMettler Toledo is looking for a Field Sales Representative for the Nordic region, responsible for selling products and solution within transport and logistics industry, consisting of advanced weighing solutions, dimensioning and automation technologies. This is a technically challenging role that requires a proactive and independent approach. We are looking for a curious individual with a strong interest in technology. You should also be comfortable with traveling, as the position requires approximately 50 overnight stays per year. More personal traits we are looking for is social, structured, driven and self-sufficient. Since the sales cycles within this area of products can vary between 1 month and up to 2 years, having patience and a strategic approach is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities: Utilize your creativity to identify and develop business opportunities where our products can seamlessly integrate and add value for our customers. Proactively engage with clients, offering a variety of technical solutions and services tailored to their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers, both virtually and in person. Organize, plan, administrate and schedule your sales activities to ensure effective coverage of your accounts and territory.What You Need to Succeed A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or IT is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industrial marketplace, particularly in automation and process controls.A driver’s license.
