Field Sales Senior Analyst

Monitors sales trends to identify opportunities or challenges that enable team's delivery of volume and AMPS results for assigned Clorox Customers/Categories **In this role, you will:** + Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. + Drive the Business: Build and update complex reports for the Lowe's Team. Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities. + Customer Planning and Business Analysis: Independently engage and interact with Lowe's buyers and other key retailer contacts while driving execution of the field team's business plan. Mine data to identify volume and AMPS opportunities that build proactive customer strategies. Provide reporting and recommendations in support of business decisions or initiatives. + Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support the Lowe's Sales team. Communicate findings with wide variety of partners including Lowe's Sales Team, Clorox Sales Planning Team, Lowe's Buying Team & Clorox leadership. **What we look for:** + 2-4 years of CPG experience + Field Customer experience; Lowe's experience is beneficial + Sales Planning experience beneficial + Proficient on key Clorox/Sales analytical tools + Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment + Intellectual curiosity to seek the why and how + Detailed Oriented + Strong analytical skills + Consultative/Solution selling + Category Business Planning and Insights + BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience **Workplace type:** This role will be either remote - North Carolina, supporting the customer, or hired within a Clorox Hub.
