The Field Security Representative is a critical role focused on customer engagement, sales enablement, and thought leadership, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and well-prepared to tackle their security challenges. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional services while maintaining the trust and security of our customers.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nThought Leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by providing insights and best practices on security and compliance for FSI and Enterprise clients.\nCustomer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their security needs and offering tailored solutions.\nSales Enablement: Support sales teams by crafting compelling security narratives, participating in customer meetings, and providing technical expertise during the sales process.\nStrategic Counsel: Proactively identify emerging security risks and shape security strategies that align with customers' business goals and regulatory requirements.\n\n\n \nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nShape Industry Standards: Participate in leading security conferences, thought leadership initiatives, and industry working groups to influence the future of cybersecurity practices.\nExecutive Presence: Gain direct exposure to executive-level decision-making, refining your strategic communication and influencing skills.\nExpand Your Expertise: Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in security and compliance through training, certifications, and hands-on experience in varied client environments.\n\n\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nProvide Thought Leadership: Represent Qualtrics at industry events, conferences, and webinars, sharing insights and best practices in security management.\nSupport Sales and Customers: Create communication, sales, and customer-oriented material to enable security for our customers and support sales initiatives.\nCustomer Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure maximum value realization from Qualtrics’ security solutions.\nDevelop Security Content: Author whitepapers, blog posts, and articles to establish thought leadership and educate the market on security trends and Qualtrics' solutions.\nCollaborate with Teams: Work closely with Qualtrics’ sales and customer success teams to ensure integrated and seamless support for customers.\nMarket Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in security to inform product strategy and customer engagements.\n\n\n \nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\n9+ years Travel Management/Procurement experience\nProficiency in travel and expense-related systems (e.g. Spotnana, Concur)\nExperience with the design and implementation of corporate travel programs or continuous improvement initiatives\nDemonstrated success in complex project management, including stakeholder engagement and change management\nExperience developing and operationalizing global category strategies for airfare, hotels, rental car or ride share programs or other relevant travel categories\nProven track record of achieving travel category savings via sourcing, demand management and / or policy compliance  \nAdvanced negotiating skills\nPrevious experience in a technology or software company\nBachelor’s degree a must, MBA, JD or advanced degree in procurement related field a plus\n\nPreferred:\n\nCertifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).\nIndustry Insight: In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and related security challenges.\nSales Support: Experience in Should Know About This Team\n\n\nProven Experience: 10+ years in information security with a focus on financial services and enterprise environments, including customer engagement and sales enablement.\nTechnical Expertise: Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and security frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).\nCommunication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.\nThought Leadership: Proven ability to create compelling security
