We are looking for a person driven by science, with practical lab experience and sales agility. The successful candidate will be developing sales within a defined territory with focus on the Molecular Biology.
Key responsibilities:
Develop strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners within the territory, focusing on customer happiness, revenue, and margin growth.Seek for new business opportunities within your region.Coordinate the entire sales process for assigned accounts and products.
Develop a deep technical knowledge of assigned products within the portfolio of responsibility, as well as strong understanding of market environment.Effective use of Salesforce (CRM) for accurate territory managementResponsible to achieve or exceed the sales plan by maintaining existing business and developing new relationships.Ensure local/country business requirement are met whilst also aligning with business unit goals and objectivesKeys to Success:
EducationBachelor's Degree (or higher) in Life SciencesExperiencePrevious sales experience preferredLaboratory experience preferredGeneral knowledge of product portfolioKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsDemonstration of problem-solving and multi-tasking techniquesAbility to develop technical knowledge across a broad range of pioneering and inspiring productsConfident in MS OfficeOutstanding interpersonal proficienciesPossess excellent eye for businessDemonstrates the Thermo Fisher values (The Four I’s) – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.Travel RequirementsValid Driving License
Ability to travel within territory approximately 70% of the time.
