Create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects and business expansion opportunities.
+ Lead sales and marketing efforts within a defined business unit.
+ Identify and obtain new clients that will generate revenue for the assigned business unit. as well as increase wallet share with existing clients.
+ Mentor/support Project Managers to develop business growth within the assigned business unit.
+ Support the identification, negotiation, and implementation of new MSAs within the Company that support business unit. growth potential for HEPACO
+ Represent Company at conferences, trade shows, and industry organizations relevant to business unit.
+ Report progress to relevant stakeholders within the business.
+ Performs other duties as assigned or required.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles with a concentration on specialized environmental services.
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position.
+ Demonstrated experience in identifying new markets and business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue growth and competitive position in the industry.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
+ Excellent planning, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
+ Qualified candidate will have existing client relationships with customers business unit supports.
Position is based to work remotely for qualified candidates. Proximity to Jacksonville, FL preferred.
Travel required: up to 50%
