As Field Service and Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

Preparing personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignments.Continuous analysis of activity and competence demands of personnel - short, mid, and long term.Monitoring and optimizing utilization and effective deployment of field personnel.Assigning crew and coordinate mobilization based on job technical requirements, customer requirements.Closing communication and coordination with Service Delivery Coordinators and Personnel Logistics teams to ensure competent personnel to the customer worksite.Monitoring and coordinating competence, development, progression, and training compliance of all field personnel.Defining requirements and managing Contingent Workforce providers.Facilities x-PL / x- Segment personnel training, utilization, and optimization.Participating in customer and sales engagements as established leader for the area

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).3+ years of experience in Resource Management.3+ years of Field experience.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Capability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Intermediate skill level with MS Office products
