Purpose To create satisfied customer by acting professional.   Assignment - To perform systematic trouble shooting on robot systems and perform suggested action at customer site. - To carry out annual maintenance work at customer site - Simpler modification of existing robot programs at customer site. - Participate during commissioning of robots and equipment. - Perform customer training in area of knowledge. - Communicate with customers on a professional technical level. - Perform warranty work on customer site. - Make function test on equipment post trouble shooting/ warranty work. - Marketing of products and services in the field of responsibility to our customers. - Follow up and develop the KUKA Nordic quality system in the field of responsibility. - Plan and complete all tasks according to the reporting the assignment requires. - To help with other tasks and activities if needed within Customer Service.   Application Requirements What you need to succeed Responsibility - All work is ended and carried out in a professional way - To reach the personal targets and company targets that has been in common agreed. - Always be updated in the field of responsibility   Authority - To act within the frames of our business idea, our targets and strategies.
