**Your role:** + As the ambassador of Philips Health Tech, ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets. + Execute technical service of X-ray medical equipment (Mainly IGT systems) to the schedule/customer needs; provide installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting onsite. + Ensure frequent & fluent communication with customers to enhance customer satisfaction. + Support Sales, project team with pre-sales activities including but not limited to demonstration system setup and configuration, trade shows, and tender responses. + Complete work reports and documentation timely according to internal and external requirements. + Ensure equipment in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements and standards. + Handle complaints (safety & non-safety related) & Escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration. + Seek Lead generation for sales or value-added Service Opportunities, where we can support our customers further to deliver value. **You're the right fit if:** + Education: High school graduate degree level or equivalent (preferably in an engineering, medical or science related qualification) + Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, Minimum 1-2 years prior experience in customer-facing role,Prior experience within an engineering, medical or science related environment is required. (Fresh graduates are also considered) + Willing to work in field service position and customer facing related to X-ray medical equipment. + May need to work overtime and “on call” stand by shift, may need to travel to Macau (With allowance). + Able to use hand tools and skills for workmanship in daily service work. Comprehensive PC skills e.g. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software applications. + Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service essential. + Communication and interpersonal skills including good communication in spoken and written in Chinese and English **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
