Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the Hologic products within your territory are serviced, maintained, and installed in accordance with policy and procedure. Provide support at conventions, trade shows, and customer trials. Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with Hologic’s products, support, and service. Complete and submit all required paperwork on time and accurately. Provide feedback to the Service Manager concerning product performance anomalies encountered in the field and make recommendations for service improvements. Manage inventory, keep accurate records, and return unused and failed parts promptly. Escalate customer issues and unresolved product problems to service management in a comprehensive and timely manner. Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legislation, industry Codes of Conduct, and ethical standards. Identify areas of continuous improvement within your area of responsibility. Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time to time.

Education and Experience:

A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics, or another related technical discipline would be an advantage; however, all product training will be provided by Hologic. Knowledge of DICOM/PACS would be beneficial. Knowledge of Radiation Safety would be beneficial. Experience in medical devices, preferably in the maintenance sector, would be an advantage.
