We are looking for Field Service Engineer who will be responsible in providing service functions to ensure total customer satisfaction. You will work with the Senior Operations Manager. You will provide technical and troubleshooting support to in-house and on-site related service jobs or issues.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Liaise with customers and manage day to day service and repair works. Perform diagnostics and functional testing on regulators and regulating systems Perform site commissioning of regulators and skids system within AP region. Provide technical and troubleshooting of regulators and skids system Familiar with all regulators parts and numbering system and manage all conversions jobs with service technicians. Generation and documentation of reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met. Site evaluation on all service related issues and support on technical and problem solving. Conduct training related to service Perform basic regulators repair and assembly, and testing Manage and finish the service jobs and valuable jobs. Support Sales/LCS in site audits, site troubleshooting and recommendations of solutions to customers. Perform valued-added projects such as assembly of new regulators, functional test, special boltings and special painting.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience. ITC technician certificate or equivalent with 3 to 5 years' Service background Strong interpersonal skills along with a "Can Do" customer service attitude. Knowledge of Words, Excel, and the ability to use a PC, software A great teammate with strong problem-solving skills to accomplish taskPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
