To support our development, we have an open position for a Field Service Engineer. This position requires **travel 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) in multiple states possibly in the same week** . **Job Title:** Full Time Field Service Engineer **Job Salary:** $65k +/- DOE plus bonus **Job Description:** • After a training period of at least 2 months, provide on-site service support to users of SEFAC lifts nationwide as well as Canada if needed • Demonstrate a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and travel as dictated by the job • Repair mobile column lifts on customer’s site (electrically and mechanically) • Perform Annual inspections of mobile column lifts and sign the certificate of inspection • Perform technical diagnostic by phone with customers based in the US or Canada • Complete paperwork for all jobs and complete expense reports for travel • Schedule your own flights, hotels, and rental cars • Communicate by cell phone and email to customers and co-workers on a regular basis **Requirements:** • Expertise in Mechanic and electric troubleshooting • Must have a valid USA drivers’ license • Experience with lifts/hoists will be considered as a plus • Great customer relations • Safe and proper presentation on customers’ site • Good computer skills (MS Office, Skype, Drop Box…) • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving • A team player with high level of dedication and a positive self-starter attitude • Allowed/able to travel to Canada • Pays attention to details • Able to rent a car and fly to all 50 states • Proven experience in parts and service sales; to be versed in other administrative positions will be a plus **Benefits:** • We offer a generous base salary plus benefits. • Laptop and cell phone • Company van/truck (to be issued after the 1st year with the company) Our benefits package includes the following: • Medical insurance • Simple 401K plan • 2 weeks of paid vacation, after the first year, plus paid holidays **Job type:** • Salary - Full time (50+ hours per week, Monday to Friday) **Required Education:** • High school diploma or equivalent If you meet the above qualifications and would like to apply for this position, please click **APPLY NOW** and upload your most current resume or you may email your resume to our recruiter, Heather Murphy at **Heather.Murphy@adeccona.com** **Please include "Engineer" on the subject line of any e-mail.
