We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our On-site Service Department. Your main mission will be to coordinate and supervise the repair, installation, commissioning and modernization of pumping units installed on our customers' sites in France and abroad (oil & gas, energy, water, chemicals, nuclear). 

Responsibilities: 

Carry out high value-added on-site interventions (performance measurements, vibration analysis, diagnostics, assembly, start-up, maintenance, inspection and repair of a wide range of pumps and associated equipment).  

Plan and supervise subcontractors’s activities. 

Act as the technical and commercial contact for customers during on-site interventions, with the primary objective of customer satisfaction. 

Travel required, up to several weeks, in France and abroad (mainly Africa and Middle East), Onshore & Offshore. 

Requirements: 

 Mechanical and/or hydraulic engineer. 

Good mechanical knowledge, ideally of pumping systems. 

Strongly attracted by technology, you have a taste for challenge and would like to join a multi-skilled, hands-on position, which will give you the opportunity to gain a detailed understanding of rotating machinery. 

Fluent in written and spoken English. 

Basic knowledge of electricity, electric motors, group alignment and vibration analysis are additional assets.
