This position is part of the technical service department located in Shinjuku, Tokyo and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: + Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment + Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc. + Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues) + Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments + Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification + Customer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site. Who you are: + A major in Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related + More than 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering department. + Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills + Having problem solving mindset and business mind for better productivity, better speed, better results. + Experiences for leading or managing a small group or some small segments and encourage the team members.
