The Purpose of the Role

7x24 technical support, solving technical\nproblems and incidents and implementing service contracts for our main customer\nSTAR. This is a resident engineer position.

Provide 7x24 technical\n support (on-site, phone, modem, internet) for STAR CustomerInvestigate and troubleshoot customer-reported\n complaints and problemsExecute periodic site visits, predictive\n and preventive maintenance of Honeywell systemsGive technical training\n for the systems under his/her supervision and participate\n in analysing the customer's specifications.Follow-up\n order placement and delivery status of project equipment or spare parts\n from Honeywell and third parties.Attend\n all service meetings and decide on job planning.Be\n ready on the job site as necessary and take action.Prepare\n all necessary documentation after the service project and send it to the\n customer on time.Give\n technical training to the customers.Minimize the cost and time of the contracts/projects.Create new sales opportunities during\n the application of the project.Prepare and submit timesheets on-time.Use Honeywell-generated tools to improve\n processes.Take all the training related to HSE,\n create SOSs on the system

Environment:

Job sites of the responsible for STAR Contract and STAR sites is located in Izmir.

Knowledge and skills:

University degree in one of the engineering departments (electrical, electronic, control and mechatronics engineering)Minimum 4-5 years of experience in DCS and ESD automation, preferably in a refinery or petrochemical setting.Fluent command of written and spoken EnglishBasic computer and control knowledge.Customer-focused attitude High sense of self-responsibilityResult-oriented approach and problem-solving capabilityStrong communication and collaboration skills.
