Remote Support Field Service Engineer – Turkey

What will you be doing?

The role forms part of the EMEA Technical Service Team and is responsible for working across all Franchises to support customers and l on all 1st and 2nd level complaints, installing and decommissioning of Smith and Nephew hardware on site as well as solving and basic PMs on site. This role reports to the Field Services Sales Manager.

What will you need to be successful?

Experience in supporting End-Users and international Distributors via phone and email on all technical questions and complaints providing 1st and 2nd Level supportExperience in installing and decommissioning of hardware at customer sites.Scheduling and performing on site PM’s.Solving on siteExperience in perform basic technical trainings for hospital owned biomedical engineers.

Successful candidates would need the following:

Bioscience Degree or equivalent experienceThree years’ work experience ideally in the Medical Devices or Technology IndustryValid Driver’s LicenseThe ability to communicate in English and Turkish
