As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform activities required for the installation, commissioning and technical support of Emerson systems at customer sites.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform tasks for system maintenance and performance evaluations. Provide technical support to customers. Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations. Perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services. Assist in design studies, hardware and software upgrades and modifications.Who You Are:
You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Completed technical studies in an engineering field. Relevant working experience in an Engineering or Service position within the process industry such as Food & Beverages, LifeScience or Chemical. Good communication skills in German and English language proficiency (written/read/spoken). Car driving license and willingness to travel.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience within Process Automation, DCS (DeltaV preferred), PLCs, Control strategies and technologies, Commissioning and start-up of Automation as well as Server, PC and network equipment as well as familiarity with modern software tools and applications.Our Offer to You:
