What You Do

 

Machine inspection, Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, Maintenance, and part replacement of Merck Millipore instruments.Mechanical and electrical repair of Merck Millipore instruments.In-house/On-site trails and report conclusion.Service weekly planning and Monthly Report conclusion.Service Call/Contract and report conclusion.Report any customer complaints with proper documents.Responsible for service sales e.g. reminding customers to renew contracts, selling service contracts, managing customer appointment on delivery goods and service, receiving customer call for after sale service, supporting on procurement process for buying part or contacting sub-contractor, etc.Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.Gather market information on customer’s activities and requirements. Assist Sales Team by providing technical expertise and timely response to customer’s requirements. Occasional up-country and overseas travelling is required. 

 

Who You Are

 

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in service engineeringStrong service mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to travelProficiency in English is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
