**Job Description**
**We are seeking a skilled Field Service/Support Engineer to join our team in delivering exceptional customer support and technical service. This role involves on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex telecommunications equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong technical expertise and customer service skills, capable of providing hands-on support while acting as a liaison between the company and its customers.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Perform on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment.**
**Ensure operational quality of system equipment by conducting thorough testing and diagnostics.**
**Provide technical training and instruction to customers on system operation and maintenance.**
**Serve as the primary company representative for assigned projects, addressing both administrative and technical concerns.**
**Interpret customer needs and determine the appropriate internal department (Sales, Customer Support, or Engineering) for issue resolution.**
**Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, to support continuous improvement efforts.**
**Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and service requests.**
**Travel 40-50% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to support customer needs.**
