Field Service Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.•\tImplement safety policy on customer site to ensure the safety of yourself and other field staff•\tManage the site to improve customer satisfaction, ensure operation quality and improve service efficiency•\tMaintain long-term relationship with customers, identify and recommend service requirements within the life cycle to customers, and promote the service business
Qualifications for the role\tCollege degree or above in Power system or Mechatronic\t3-5 years working experience in service, technology, quality and other related fields in electrical industry\tPower system, relay protection, electrical automation related knowledge\tExperienced on Modbus /IEC61850/IEC104 communication protocol, and Ethernet communication technology is preferred\tEnglish, Good \tComfortable with flexible working hours and frequent travelling
