Your role and responsibilities

•\tPerforming service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)•\tGiving technical advice or training with regard to maintenance and operation of this to your tasks•\tProviding technical support to the sales department•\tConsulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines•\tCreating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions•\tCoordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews•\tTroubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future•\tIdentifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methodsBut most of all……. Qualifications for the role

Ability to travel throughout the Benelux Enthusiastic and hands onWilling to help customersInterested to learn the job of service engineerGood command of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing, knowledge of the French language is an advantage
