**Description**
Major duties and responsibilities
Installation of systems, maintenances, trouble shootings, operation/maintenance trainings and other related matters.
Design/development and other related matters. (major customers are in aerospace and automotive industry)
Process managements for all on-going installation/maintenance/trouble shooting etc. and related paperwork.
Including communication with customers, internal report, summary etc. to share information among team members.
Internal/external communication to share current/potential business opportunities/development of our products etc..
Contact with customers if our machineries works well, any other requirement for future, etc.
Feedback these information to team members including global engineering members for further development.
Based on "O.J.T.", learning these duties and responsibilities step by step.
The position can be the hub of our business as facing customers direct to know real/latest situation for sales/improvement opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*Essential
Good capability of internal/external communication
Work experiences in similar industries with enough ability (skill and use of necessary software).
Capability to grab whole picture of the businesses field
Ability to work along with other team members positively and bring things to the right end.
Good computer skills in MS Office Software and standard office equipment
Ability of communication in English

Mild character with mental toughness
Full of curiosity for human being, materials, machineries etc.
Education/experience
Bachelor of University regardless its department, or equivalent literary ability
Training 6-12 month "O.J.T.", learning Waterjet, System, Software, business process, Customer and responsibilities step by step.
