A Day in the Life + Provide instruments and equipment services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services. + Contribute to high-value service-related procedures and documents. + Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience. + Foster customer happiness by ensuring timely customer response times and problem resolution. + Provide up-to-date service reporting on customer activities. + Perform commissioning and qualification of equipment by completing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Installation/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) Protocols. + Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your assigned territory. + Assist the Service Sales Representative with service orders. + Support product quality improvement. + Participate in service optimization projects. Keys to Success Education + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer technology, E/E, automation, or biology, chemistry is preferred. Experience + 4+ years of experience in bioprocessing, automated bioproduction, bioproduction equipment design/maintenance/software control, bioprocessing chromatography, and other relevant techniques desired. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Identify, recommend, and prioritize improvements to the customer experience, as well as internal process improvements, and work with appropriate internal and external partners to implement them. + Delta V or other control software experience is a plus. + Proven teammate who can work with counterparts and customers across the world. + Self-motivated, self-starter with robust communication skills. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and desktop application products. + Excellent oral and written English skills. + Able and willing to travel extensively.
