Field Service Engineer - Calibration

 Your role

Responsible to make sure calibration LAB is according to approved standards.Responsible to handling regular audits and yearly equipment certifications.Work with field team regarding calibration and quality assurance tasks to make sure products will deliver according to quality policies.Providing calibration documents, KPI’s and ReportsBe responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving in quality assurance.Working closely with workshop, onsite and Field team to ensure services will be delivered on time.Cooperate and assist service sales in quotation / service contract preparation process.Responsible to improve calibration planning and pre information to customers in cooperation with service sales team.   In case the work is done on the field, prepare a Work Order or Service Report for the findings and results. Submit that report to Service Customer Support responsible for reportingTo share the knowledge and experiences gained with global local trainings with colleagues by organizing internal trainingsTo provide information received from the field to his/her managerTo deliver customer requests to related functions via Customer Request FormCarefully using any tools that are delivered to him/her to perform his/her work and to use those who are in danger of using work safety according to the instructions"To perform the permanent and/or specific duties given to him/her by his/her superiors within the scope of the relevant legislation and company proceduresActively seek customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and deliver value to the customer.

Qualifications

University degree in engineeringPC skills (Ms Office)Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writingB Driving LicenceNo military obligation for male employees
