This position reports to
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tPerform service tasks such as installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.•\tIdentify and troubleshoot technical problems either remotely or on-site.•\tImplement technical modifications to existing installations.•\tConduct testing to ensure proper functioning of installations.•\tAssist in drafting protocols for commissioning, maintenance, and testing.•\tForward customer change requests to the service coordinator.•\tReport work done promptly and provide necessary follow-ups.•\tParticipate in stand-by services for after-hours customer support.•\tMaintain and improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications for the roleElectrical education with an affinity for mechanical engineeringGood knowledge and practical experience of plant servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repair.A collaborative and solution-oriented approach, as well as strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch, French and EnglishA focus on safe working practices and a commitment to workplace safety guidelinesEducation in electrical engineering or electromechanics or relevant experienceValid driving license
