As a Field Service Engineer, you will ensure laboratories operate efficiently by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cutting-edge instrumentation. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and optimize Agilent and multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software, and networking components.

Diagnose and resolve performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to enhance system reliability.

Provide technical guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.

Train customers and internal teams on Agilent solutions.

Proactively identify and address potential equipment issues to prevent disruptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end-user of HPLC systems.

Experience with chromatography solutions (Agilent or non-Agilent) is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Ability to travel frequently (60%+); valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided).

Passport and U.S. visa are desirable.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
