As a Field Service Engineer IV – You will:

\r\n\r\n

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMust be able to obtain a US Passport in order to support OCONUS travel.\r\n\tWork well with peers from various backgrounds to build effective work relationships.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMust be able to work outdoors and in all types of weather conditions.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t 75% Travel required.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Job Requirements:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tInstalls and commissions Mid and Low Energy Portals , IP6500 Vehicle and Cargo\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tInspection Systems (VACIS) and Exploranium, Radiation Portal Monitor (RPM) systems.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tIsolating equipment start-up malfunctions and take corrective actions.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerforms a variety of technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSubsystems, and software at customer and/or factory locations.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMay be called upon to work on equipment that has little or no documentation or training.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMeets weekly project installation goals within required deadlines.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSupport Engineering activities during Factory Acceptance testing.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tEnsures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tWorking with team members to achieve success during installations of equipment and systems.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMaintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tTravel, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tTroubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tComputer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning\r\n\r\n\r\n

specialized software programs

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tWorking knowledge of x-ray and/or CT technologies\r\n\tNetwork installation and configuration is a plus\r\n\tPLC experience is a plus\r\n\tPrevious field electrical assembly experience\r\n\tCertified forklift and aerial lift operator\r\n\tExperience with rigging and material handling\r\n\tBasic understating of OSHA standards and practices\r\n\tSoftware integration with electric/mechanical equipment\r\n\tBilingual language skills (Spanish) a plus\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Contract opportunity.

Pay Rate : $30- 33 Per Hour .

\r\n\r\n
