Geography:
Based in Ghana with potential travel to other West and East African countries.
Product Line:
Diagnostics, including Total Lab Automation (TLA), Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Microbiology, and Urinalysis.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional hardware, software, and application support to Beckman Coulter’s customers using our Data Management Middleware solutions.Take ownership of customer issues within the Clinical Information Management Technology product line, ensuring thorough problem resolution and updating the CRM escalation module as needed.Perform daily administrative tasks and manage product MODs, collaborating with the CTS team for timely deployment.Become an expert in Beckman Coulter Data Management systems and IT solutions.Work closely with the WITS Product Specialist on solution designs, providing technical validation and advice to the WITS Customer Operations Manager for upcoming projects/tenders.Conduct customer workshops, assist sales with marketing and conference events, and manage training materials with excellent facilitation skills.Maintain relevant shared folders and perform daily management activities, including project management.Focus on customer needs and expectations, delivering exceptional customer service.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.Attend local and international industry activities and tradeshows, spending substantial time in the market to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Lab Directors.Channel Partner Management:
Collaborate closely with the distributor sales force, engineers, and application teams to ensure complete market visibility.Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
National Diploma in Medical Technology, B.Sc. Biomedical Engineering, or B.Sc. Medical Sciences.Experience in a relevant discipline, with IT applications knowledge.Laboratory management experience and training expertise, particularly in clinical chemistry and immunoassay.Proven experience in the full training cycle, including needs analysis, curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation.Hands-on experience with Beckman Coulter analyzers.Strong understanding of relevant discipline principles, with analytical and troubleshooting skills.High level of computer literacy.Join our winning team today.
