Responsibilities Installation of NMR, MRI systems and related accessories Provide after sales application and training supportProvide after sales service support including hardware and software problemsPerform preventive maintenanceRefilling cryogensPerform other tasks as assigned by the manager Qualifications A tertiary level qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related discipline OR to be able to demonstrate a similar level of knowledge and skill gained by practical experienceExperience with Field Service support is MUSTShould be able to understand Electronics/Electrical diagramsGood command of computer skills and familiarity with Windows and Linux OSShould be ready for domestic and international travellingCurrent valid driving licence.Languages: Hebrew and English Excellent communications skills needed to work with a wide variety of knowledgelevels with customers of differing backgroundsExcellent presentation, interpersonal, and organization skillsAbility to set priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
