Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will carry out service assignments on our customers' industrial sites (paper mills) in the East region (from South Belgium to Alsace) of France, either face-to-face or remotely.Reporting to the Field Service Manager, your practical experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to identify new business oppor-tunities.•\tProvide technical assistance, commissioning and revamping services at customer sites, either face-to-face or remotely. •\tCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment in accordance with service con-tracts.•\tContribute to customer loyalty by making technical proposals to improve operations and cus-tomer service. •\tContribute to the development of sales by identifying new business opportunities with cus-tomers in its geographical area.•\tEnsure on-call and contractual services for customers under contract.•\tComply with safety rules and regulations (ABB and customer sites) and applicable procedures.

Qualifications for the role

\t2 years' higher education in CIRA, electrical engineering or equivalent\tAt least 5 years' experience in industry (maintenance, etc.)\t Desired knowledge of instrumentation, control and regulation, industrial IT and automation\tEnglish: good level required (written/oral)\tTeamwork, collaboration, autonomy, commercial skills \tTravel in the Eastern region and occasionally other regions.
