Field Service Engineer MRO - Maintenance, Repair & Operation Job Number: 354385 Category: -MFG & Supply Chain SBU Description: A Field Engineer MRO role is currently available at Belcan in Querétaro, México. This role is a full-time position with benefits. To be considered, you will have five or more years of experience in engineering specifically in MRO - maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. In this role, you will support multiple projects, including responsibility for varied responsibilities from request to completion. Communicate effectively with team members and management, utilizing verbal skills as well as written documents including plans, reports and presentations. The Field service engineer will have a deep understanding of the engine's design and operation, as well as the ability to work in various environments and under tight deadlines. Will work closely with airlines, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. Job Duties: - Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation of engines and ensuring that they are properly integrated into the aircraft systems - Routine Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and maintenance procedures to keep the engines operating efficiently and safely - Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing issues that arise with the engines and performing necessary repairs. This may involve mechanical, electrical, or electronic components - Upgrades and Modifications: Implementing upgrades or modifications to engines to improve performance or comply with new regulations - Technical Support: Providing on-site technical support and guidance to airline maintenance crews - Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Support any field issues and obtain feedback from client Requiered Qualification: - Experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting - Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related engineering field - 5 to 10 years experience in related Engineering focus - A deep understanding of the engine's design and operation - Ability to work in various environments, under tight deadlines As an employee with Belcan, you will be part of one of the largest engineering firms in the world.
