Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices:Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.Stay up to date on software updates and technical bulletins, keeping devices at peak performance.Calibrate and profile printers for colour accuracy, optimizing output quality.Work on Major Installations and Projects:Contribute to large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success.Ensure all work is executed to high standards, meeting customer expectations.Proactive Customer Engagement:Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.Provide training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.Drive Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently.Ensure all activities are accurately documented in line with Canon guidelines and policies.
Experience: You have sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet, or Wide Format office or production printers, or other related experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with colour management software such as Adobe Colour, EFI Colour Profiler Suite, or PrismaSync Tools is a plus.Problem Solving: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management
