Field Service Engineer Poland
#LI-DP1 Key responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support Push technical performance of systems Reduce technical claim cost Install, commission and repair filling and packaging machines and technical upgrades Support customers (start up, operation, maintenance, etc.) of the filler lines Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults Troubleshooting including root cause analysis; diagnose breakdown problems and analyze malfunctions Document installation, inspections, an maintenance service work Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, customer requests and suggestions for improvements Report customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies
You bring these skills, experience & education Fluent in Polish and good English skills Manage software updates, troubleshooting of distributed automated systems and mechanical equipment Installation and maintenance of process control systems (PLC, LMS, MES, Industrial PC, Microsoft Server, switches, network, etc.) SIG competencies
