Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry relatedAchieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.Acts cost effectively.Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
