Maintaining, servicing, repairing, and technical support of all productsEncompassed by the business ZEISS and other products as required from time to timePreparation and submission of job cards timelyPreparation and estimation of costs of work requiredProvision of technical support to sales personnel for exhibitions/demos and clients’ visitsVisiting clients countrywide and internationalOffering and supporting the sale of Product Support Agreements (PSA)Liaison with the company’s internal staffProviding continuous feedback to managementTrain customersMaintaining existing customer data baseMentoring and internal training of Trainees / new engineersJob RequirementsEducation
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics EngineeringExperience/Special Knowledge/ Personal Attributes
5 years minimum experience in the field of Electron Microscopy or
equivalent field
Special knowledge of PCs, electronic troubleshooting,
software and customer interaction, Must be a team player, can work
unsupervised, can work under pressure.
Preference for someone in the field of microscopy with 10 years
experience
