MAU is hiring a Field Service Engineer for Epica. The Field Service Engineer will provide technical support and service for Epica products across the Eastern Region, ensuring on-site and remotely long-term customer satisfaction. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Support teams to maintain high satisfaction ratings. Benefits Package Annual bonus 401k matching Life insurance Health insurance Dental insuranc Vision insurance Short term disability Long term disability Paid time off Shift Information Monday to Friday | Hybrid Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3.5 years of experience in servicing CT imaging products General Requirements Expertise in servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting CT imaging systems Proven track record of growth in repair services within the human medical or veterinary market CT technology certification preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Clear and professional communication with strong email etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and other necessary software Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Quick learner with the ability to retain and apply precise technical information about products Proficient in computer systems for programming, setup, data entry, and information processing, including compiling, categorizing, tabulating, calculating, and verifying data Highly detail-oriented Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred A&P certification required Familiarity with IPC 610/620 standards and AC43.13-B guidelines Experience working with high-voltage wiring, batteries, and electric motors Strong understanding of aircraft configuration management and FAA conformity requirements Essential Functions Resolve all Tier 2 technical support calls, documenting corrective actions taken Provide call support for EMI and, occasionally, EHH clients or distributors Process, track, and document service costs for down customers within the Enterprise ERP system or other tracking methods Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude Stay updated on product changes, upgrades, and system bugs Maintain in-depth product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve repair issues effectively Coordinate repair parts for service and manage returns to Epica Ensure accurate pricing is applied to all service contracts, including Epicare and discrete repairs Communicate ongoing repair issues to management Assist Sales Representatives in creating repair quotes using the Quote System and convert accepted quotes into sales orders Process equipment loaner forms and contracts for discrete repairs requested by customers Coordinate equipment loaner requests with the Technical Services department Travel Ability to travel 50-75% for field service and support
