Field Service Engineers – Manila

Job summary:

Provides technical assistance off-site and onsite by assisting in site preparation, installation, repairing, and troubleshooting various machines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing remote and on-site technical support Providing client support by guiding and training their equipment operators on machine technicalities and proper operation Analyzing the client site where the machine will be situated relative to the requirement of the machine/equipment that will be installed (electricity, building details, etc.) Assisting the clients in achieving the color stability of their printer Updating the customer from time to time on the mandatory software upgrade and the benefits of a new machine (if any) / spare parts/ consumables features Supporting the customer together with the Segment Solutions Architect about their printing ideas, and machine-related inquiries to improve the quality and volume of their production Collaborating and coordinating with Account Managers (AMs) in assisting clients with their specific printing requirements and recommending technical troubleshooting as the need arises Ensuring that all customer service escalations will be solved within the assigned period Sending a summary of the troubleshooting report and a picture of defective parts to our principal for claiming SP and defective consumable
