As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play\na crucial role in our organization's service and repair operations in Nanjing,\nIA. Your expertise and technical skills will be utilized to diagnose, repair,\nand maintain our products, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.\nYou will report directly to our Service Manager and you will work out of our Nanjing,\nIA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the\nsuccess of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and\nthe growth of the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and support for service\noperations
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honeywell products\naccording to established procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and\nimplement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for service technicians and\ncustomers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and\nprovide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and\nregulatory requirementsYOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a\ntechnical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field service\nengineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant\ntechnologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical\nconcepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
