KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Provide 7x24 technical support (on-site, phone, modem, internet) for Tanap Customer
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported complaints and problems
· Execute periodic site visits, predictive and preventive maintenance of Honeywell systems
· Give technical training for the systems under his/her supervision and participate in analysing the customer's specifications.
· Follow-up order placement and delivery status of project equipment or spare parts from Honeywell and third parties.
· Attend all service meetings and decide on job planning.
· Be ready on the job site as necessary and take action.
· Prepare all necessary documentation after the service project and send it to the customer on time.
· Give technical training to the customers.
· Minimize the cost and time of the contracts/projects.
· Create new sales opportunities during the application of the project.
· Prepare and submit timesheets on-time
· Use Honeywell-generated tools to improve processes.
· Take all the training related to HSE, create SOSs on the system
· University degree in one of the engineering departments (electrical, electronic, control and mechatronics engineering)
· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in DCS automation, preferably in a refinery or petrochemical setting.
· Fluent command of written and spoken English
· Basic computer and control knowledge.
· Customer-focused attitude

· Result-oriented approach and problem-solving capability
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
