Job Profile -               Field Service Engr II

Description

· Engineer should have minimum\n5-8 years of experience working on DCS/PLC/Scada system
· Engineer is expected to\ncarry out preventive maintenance / corrective / emergency maintenance visits at\ncustomer sites on DCS/PLC/SCADA systems
· Preventive Maintenance\n–Backup, Modification, Report Submission, Supervision of system Cleaning of\nexisting running system.
· Corrective Maintenance\n– Restoring the system from any faults in the system
· Shutdown Maintenance
· Possess fluent oral\n& written communications skills
· PC troubleshooting and\nNetworking
· Documentation - 40 %\ndocumentation is involved
· Knowledge of DCS and\nPLC with a hands-on experience.
· Matured skills in\nindependent troubleshooting / problem resolution on these platforms.
· Understand customer\nneeds & extend Service Support at site / remote for prompt issue closure\nensuring adherence to Honeywell Process and Quality matrices.
· Build, Develop &\nSustain Customer relationships with effective Customer management.
· Should be able to plan\nsite visits as per agreed SLAs with customer.
· Required travel 70% to 80%\nof the time anywhere in Maharashtra
· Be available 24x7 for\nsupport during exigencies.
· Candidate will have to\nkeep himself technically updated by completing the assigned trainings.
· The candidate will need\nto Build, Develop & Sustain Customer relationships with effective Customer\nmanagement.
· The job will involve\nExecuting Service projects and migrations and will demand long stay at customer\nsites.
· Execute Service\nprojects and migrations
· Identify prospects,\nconduct pre-sales site assessment, and develop them into firm leads.
· Constantly probe\nopportunities for migrations, add-ons & work seamlessly with customers to\nreduce their pain areas by pitching-in the right solution
· ISO, HSE, commercial\nguidelines and all Honeywell Process compliance is must.
· Be a single point\ncontact for all customer needs for designated customers.
· Added advantage if\nknowledge of Honeywell System
· Must be willing to\nserve and be deputed as Site Support Specialist (Resident support Engineer) 24x7,\n365 days.
· Ready to work on ONGC\nPlatforms (Offshore) for upto 45 Days per visit on rotation basis
· Ready to work on other\nwestern region sites (Maharashtra, MP etc) as a ‘Service Engineer’ when\nnot as Site Support Specialist (Resident Support Engineer).
· Office Process should\nbe followed timely and accurately.
· Politeness and good\ncommunication skills are required during interactions.
