Field Service Group Associate

Job Summary

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The primary purpose for this position is to provide field service and support.   You will assist and provide accurate information to field users and will keep diligent records of all interactions.  You will need to maintain queue and hold time standards and keep current on changes to business processes and the technology that impacts the clients and field users they support.

What will you do?

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service support to financial advisors and their team members regarding the firm’s products, programs, and services.Provide subject matter knowledge in a broad range of systems, processes, programs, tools, and products.Partner with product specialists to learn products and expand knowledge.Collaborate with employees across the home office to provide the support needed.Provide assistance with escalation and referral for other service/support requests.Track cases and solutions and assist with documentation and reporting needs of the department.Project work as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

A four-year degree or relevant industry experienceStrong customer service skills as demonstrated by an ability to anticipate and meet customer needsProven ability to effectively build relationships and partner with clients, users and colleaguesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-have

Finance or Business degreeSIE and Series 7 license
