We’re looking for a Field Service Manager to join our Service team in Perth, W.A. In this position, you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians in our Service team, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.

What will you be doing?

Planning and delivering repair/maintenance worksMonitoring material inventory control and technician rosteringManaging performance and skill development of the teamSpending time out in the field developing business relationshipsDevelop and maintain customer satisfaction

Are you the one?

Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications or equivalent experience from Construction or Vertical TransportFull drivers’ licenceProven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teamsStrong commitment to safety in the workplaceAbility to interact with customers and ensure positive impactHigh emotional intelligence
