The Field Service Manager is responsible for leadership and management of the Americas Field Service department that provides industry leading product support while contributing to revenue growth. This role manages and assists all customers with their service, operational and mechanical needs for Oshkosh AeroTech produced equipment. The Field Service Manager supports service sales, service marketing, and service contractors in the Americas marketplace with an emphasis on building service revenue growth.
YOUR IMPACT
Provide leadership for guiding, developing and directing the operations of the Field Service Team
Responsible for managing field service scheduling, planning and reporting
Direct management of Orlando Field Service Department, including supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, terminations, performance reviews, coaching, salary planning, etc.
Ensure customer satisfaction in service support, spare parts, and product support
Efficient management of departmental expenses
Manage service sales to budget and margin objectives
Work closely with other Service Managers worldwide to develop standard global processes and procedures
Develop service sales, parts or product sales and marketing practices that leverage company capabilities
Work directly with customers to develop customized service support and Customer Care programs
Continually supervise and appraise field service personnel on daily operations to affect the highest degree of morale and achievement of departmental performance objectives
Manage overall customer support operations effected by field service to meet results objectives within budgetary allocations
Conduct all work in a professional and safe manner with maintaining the sense of urgency that our customers expect
Maintain the highest ethical standards, open and honest communication, work with integrity and treat everyone with respect
Support and provide leadership for principles of continuous improvement and Crosby Quality
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, automotive technical, mechanical engineering, or related field; or 4 years professional experience in a related field
A minimum of 7 years relevant experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Capital equipment service or parts sales experience with emphasis on customer service sales

Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
