Field Service Manager (Bilingual Required - Eng/Span) - MultiPro Property Solutions

The Field Service Manager reports to the Operations Manager and oversees field service operations for 20-40 apartment communities. This role ensures service quality, contractor selection, and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards.
Salary Range: $66,560 - $69,000
Bonus: target bonus is 10% of annual salary (divided and paid out quarterly)
Company vehicle provided
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage service projects across assigned communities.
+ Recruit, onboard, and oversee independent contractors.
+ Coordinate daily schedules and ensure timely, high-quality service completion.
+ Build strong relationships with property managers and staff.
+ Conduct job site visits to ensure compliance and resolve issues proactively
+ Address client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
+ Educate property teams on new service offerings.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (finance, HR, marketing, IT) as needed.
+ Keep accurate records of client interactions and service progress.
+ Assist in selling and bidding services to support branch financial goals.
+ Ensure safety compliance and report incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma/GED required; AA degree or higher preferred.
+ 5+ years in field service management, construction, or multi-location operations.
+ Customer service and people management experience preferred.
+ Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
+ Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements and Special Conditions of Employment:
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a manner consistent with local and state rules and regulations and company policy
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Ability to walk distance of our client properties, including up/downstairs, bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder
+ Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to hot and cold temperatures
+ Valid driver license and good driving record
+ Flexibility to be available during irregular hours depending on business needs

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
