How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Field Services Sales Advisor based at our Allansford site. Reporting to the Field Services Manager, you will foster strong and sustainable relationships between Saputo and its suppliers by acting as a key liaison and communication channel.

Serve as an advisory service to strengthen relationships and enhance suppliers' farm business performance.Assist in managing milk supply, focusing on quality and growth through retention of existing suppliers and recruitment of new ones.Manage your own client base, providing accurate and relevant information about company policies and milk pricing.Offer technical advice to suppliers on maximizing cost-effective, high-quality milk production, including pasture management, herd health, nutrition, dairy HR, and farm business and financial management.

About You:

Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or Ag-Business.Experience in dairy service provision or dairy farm management roles.Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to build effective relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.Good negotiating and influencing skills.Possess a Full Australian Driver’s License.
