Job Title: Field Service/PC Technician Job Description: Are you a tech-savvy professional with a knack for customer service? Key Responsibilities: + Deliver exceptional customer service and support. + Work independently and manage tasks efficiently under pressure and deadlines. + Utilize the Service-Now Platform and Microsoft Excel for managing large datasets. + Follow detailed steps to complete computer rebuilds and data backups within the Windows OS. + Conduct interviews with users to determine necessary applications and create new images with required software. + Travel to various locations within the Milwaukee area, including St Lukes, South Shore, and Sinai. + Interact professionally with C-level leadership and above. + Work flexible shifts between 7am-7pm (8-hour days). + Stay open to new technology and learning new IT processes. Requirements: + A+ certification or "in progress" (preferred) + Strong attention to detail and punctuality. + Ability to work well independently and under pressure. + Familiarity with the Service-Now Platform and Microsoft Excel.
